Training Services Booking Policy
We are committed to delivering high-quality training experiences to all our participants. To ensure smooth scheduling and optimal use of our resources, please review our booking and rescheduling policies below.
General Policy
Our training sessions are thoughtfully curated to deliver maximum value. We understand that schedules can change, and we aim to accommodate your needs while maintaining the integrity of our training programs. Please review our policy regarding cancellations and rescheduling.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by Participant:
Cancellations are not permitted. However, participants may reschedule their booked training session, subject to availability.
Cancellation by Trainer:
In the rare case that a trainer must cancel a session, participants will be informed at the earliest and offered the option to reschedule the session at no extra cost.
Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling by Participant:
Participants may reschedule their session once without any additional fee. We kindly request that rescheduling requests be made at least 48 hours in advance to allow us to offer the slot to someone else.
Rescheduling by Trainer:
If a trainer needs to reschedule a session, participants will be notified promptly and offered alternative slots at no additional cost.
No-Show Policy
Participants who do not attend their scheduled training session without prior intimation will be marked as a no-show, and no refunds or rescheduling will be offered in such cases.
Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that life happens—if you encounter a genuine emergency or exceptional situation, please reach out to our support team. We will do our best to evaluate the situation fairly and support you with a suitable resolution.
